The Styled Challenge Vendor Form

Welcome to The Styled Challenge (TSC) Vendor Form, thank you for participating. We are excited for the opportunity to showcase your creativity and highlight the talents of our participating vendors.

Please read the following rules and guidelines for The Styled Challenge to ensure you meet all the requirements.

1. There is no charge for participating in The Styled Challenge, however you and your team are responsible for all of your design expenses.
2. You team MUST be located within driving distance of the venue.
3. You will be responsible for all of the set up and clean up of the design space.
4. We will share a tag list of all the team members if provided by the deadline. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible if they are not provided by the deadline.
5. Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required to be uploaded with this form for each business that will be on site for the event.

You will be guaranteed print, digital, and social publication and will receive all of the images from the photographers for your business use.

If selected you will be requested to record a video of yourself (2 min max) talking about you and your company and why you are excited about competing in The Styled Challenge.

The following Items need to be initialed.

Item 1: - I agree to provide photo credit to the photographer and all participating vendors from the theme on all images.

Item 2: - I agree that I am responsible for any damage done to any of the venues that we work in.

Item 3: - I agree to be photographed and videotaped for promotional purposes.

Item 4: - Agree when sharing images on social media, in addition to tagging my team members, I won’t forget to include the photographer, @SouthernBride, and @StyledSHOOTSbySouthernBride

Item 5: - Certificate of Insurance (COI) for each business to be on location is required.
COI for businesses involved that will not be present at the event is not required. Example: Paper goods supplier.
