Welcome to the application for The Intimate Vows Design Competition. This is an opportunity to showcase your creative talents by styling an elevated ceremony for 10–20 guests, paired with three distinct, human-scale photo moments couples can step into, pose with, and remember forever. Please read the following rules and guidelines for The Intimate Vows Design Competition Application to ensure you meet all the requirements and have all the information gathered BEFORE getting started with the form.

Solo designers or collaborative teams are welcome.
There is no charge for participating in The Intimate Vows Design Competition, however, you and your team are responsible for any design expenses.
Before applying, ensure you have the name and contact information of the key participants working with you.
You will be required to come up with 4 distinct, human-scale photo moments; a ceremony space and 3 Photo-Worthy Moments (Human-Scale Concepts)
You will need to upload your mood board with the application.
You will be responsible for all of the setup and cleanup for your design.
We will share a tag list of all your team members if provided by the deadline to all particiapting photographers for any social media posting. Otherwise, we cannot be responsible if they are not tagged.
If selected, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required from each participating vendor.
If selected, you will be guaranteed digital publication and you will receive all of the images from the photographers for your business use.
